Refund & Return Policy
At PupViva, we want you to feel confident with your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days from the date of payment.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of payment to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- The item must not be damaged due to misuse.
- You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as PupViva is not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or card statement, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items returned after 30 days from the payment date
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Orders without proof of purchase
- Shipping fees
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item
- A photo of the packaging
- A short description of the issue
If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.
