PupViva currently ships orders within the United States only.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time is typically 5 to 12 business days after processing.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, fulfillment location, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible, but delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
From time to time, PupViva may offer free shipping promotions. Any free shipping offer will be clearly shown at checkout.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
PupViva is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number.

At this time, PupViva only ships within the United States.
